How it works
Five steps, in the order they actually happen.
You add the contracts once. Everything after that is pactkeep's job, and you only hear from it when there is a decision to make.
-
Step 01
Add your contracts
Upload PDFs, DOCX or scans, or forward them straight from your inbox. Bulk upload is a first-class path — most teams arrive with a folder of forty and a spreadsheet that stopped being accurate a year ago.
-
Step 02
pactkeep reads them
It pulls out the renewal date, notice period, notice deadline, annual value and the obligations you have taken on — and links each one to the clause it came from. Anything it is unsure about is flagged for you to check rather than quietly accepted.
-
Step 03
It watches the clock
Every contract sits in one of four states, and the state is the whole interface. In force means nothing is needed from you. When the notice window opens, the clock is running. When a deadline is close, it becomes the one thing you are asked to look at.

Step 04
It renegotiates
Ahead of renewal, pactkeep builds the case: what you pay now, what comparable teams pay, and the terms it intends to ask for. You read the brief in full and approve it. Nothing reaches your vendor before you say so. Then it runs the conversation and shows you the transcript.
-
Step 05
It finds alternatives
If the vendor will not move, pactkeep puts comparable vendors and their real terms in front of you side by side. Sometimes you switch. More often, having a real option is what makes the vendor move.
